Separate Rivers - Chapter 17
It had been sixteen years since Lilly had seen the light of day. Sixteen years since she had eaten anything but prison food. Sixteen years since she had seen her husband. Sixteen years since she had given birth to the twins who would undoubtedly prove to be Nyx's greatest challenge. She smiled at the thought of the filthy scum crying for mercy, at their feet begging for forgiveness.
Lilly snapped her head up as she heard the peephole on the door grind open. The familiar cold, purple eyes of her room's main guard peered in. He snickered as he dropped the plate of prison food on the g

Kaylee sighed when she fell back into the artificial gravity's gracious grasp once again. She breathed in deeply as her feet once again touched the smooth surface of Keijan's space shuttle. As she powered down from her Super Crontionian form, she quickly made her way to the leisure room and sat down, and Kyle soon followed. The Super Crontionian forms couldn't be sustained for long without drawing quite a bit of energy.
When Jessie, Alyssa, and Kris joined them, an ominous feeling enveloped the room. Keijan stepped through the threshold and the entire ship jerked as it hit something

The only one that knew she could stand up to the armada of space ships was Kay. She was in her golden suit mode, and she knew she could take out a good portion of the fleet before getting tired. However, she wouldn't be able to obliterate them all. Her mind was racing on how she was going to go about to defeath them all. Then an idea came to her. It was risky, but she had to try.
"Kyle! Let me see your wrist for a second!" She said out loud to him through the intercom. He floated over to her using small jets on his boots and held out the wrist with his brace on it. She tapped the button on the band to her button

It was black. Then, when she regained conciousness, Kay realised she had fainted as she got back to the ship. After the battle she had just gone through, no one could blame her. She had almost killed Nyx when a strange white armored figure, similar to her own, let him escape. She then thought to herself about what the figure had said.
"I simply wish to convey a message. Mistress Z warns you not to attempt to take on Nyx. He is far too powerful to take on with an army of a thousand, let alone a team of six."
She wondered why it had said such a thing? She obviously had nearly defeate

The fight was on. Kay bolted at Nyx - quite literally. Her humanoid figure could not be distinguished from the bolt of light that shot through the air towards Nyx with such great speed. Nyx was startled at this movement, when suddenly the light stopped in its tracks.
Kay was standing as still as stone, with her sword tip stuck firmly into the ground. Nyx recovered from his temporary astonishment and gripped his blade. He cocked it on the side of his right shoulder then swung his cleaver with monstrous strength. The blade connected with the side of her mask with force enough to chop through steel.
However, the blade did no dam

Jessie stepped forward and readied her tonfa. She retracted the visor from in front of her eyes by pressing a button right above where her temple would be. When the tinted, reinforced plastic sheet lifted from her face, an aggressive, slightly insane look took over.
"Let's kick some alien butt!" She said in an uncharictaristically british accent and took off running into the battle. Kyle and Josh both sighed and ran following her. Kay took off in a different direction after a few seconds of an awkward silence and started fending off the Univeral Empire's grunts, knocking out hundreds at a time.

As the six aliens in red armor charged at them, a beep came from each of the teenagers' wrists where the bands once existed. When they looked at each of their wrists, a bit of it slid away and a hologram image of the man appeared from a small glass lens. He was standing at what looked like a large control desk.
"Hello, kids, looks like you're in a bit of trouble," He said. "You might want to pull back your cuffs."
Everyone except for Kaylee and Kyle looked at each other, and noticing the aliens coming ever closer, dodged out of the way. Kay and Kyle understood what the m

When she opened her eyes, Alyssa was in a daze. She grunted as she sat up, and looked around. She didn't know where she was, this place wasn't the mall. The last thing she remembered was being forced into a hovering limousine and a sharp poke in the calf. Now she was here, wondering what the heck had happened.
She tilted her head, and her neck cracked. Although she hated the feeling and sound, it felt good this time, almost as if she had her head in the same position for hours. It would turn out that she had, the three of them had been knocked out for hours before Kaylee would begin to wake up, which she did only minutes before Kyl
